4. Steeple lights: Dennis called Ron Hale regarding the problem. He’ll report.

5. Street Signage: Dennis will join John O’Malley with this project.

6. Advent Wreath Stand: Information for Ron Kirby as well as Dennis.

7. Fuerth House: Copier needs new drum. Basement situation: Security, etc.

Security stickers needed.

20, 2012 @ 5:30 P.M. Bishop Johnston, Celebrant. Celeste
Martin, (573/895-2145 W / 573/772-3796 H) needs 1 sacristan.
She will take care of Lector, Ministers, Servers, & Ushers.
She will contact us later regarding Cantor & Organist.
They will have a KC #1111 Color Guard.

2. Use of Fuerth House
a. Game & Movie Nights
b. Sunday Breakfasts: 2/12/12 after Mass. Assistance needed for set-up.
c. Appointing of a Fuerth House Rep to handled bookings, cleaning,
Repairs & reporting.
3. Social Calendar (OSV Involvement) – Chuck
a. Mother’s Day Roses & St. Monica Holy Cards to be distribute.
b. Day Trips: Further Discussion. Cathedrals & Shrines in St. Louis?
c. Christmas Celebration, 12/8/12 @ KC Hall – Reservation to be made.
